CSR at Johnsen Graphic Solutions

Investment has been made in improving our buildings, to the benefit of all employees. Administration, Sales and DTP are now housed in a large, open plan office, with ergonomic desks and chairs, using the latest technology within PC or Mac. Consequently, differences in status and hierarchies are significantly reduced. Communications between departments have been very much improved. Similar improvements have been achieved in Production, with ultra-modern facilities for printing, binding, print centre, banner printing, distribution and shipping. All our staff are eligible for health insurance, and large number have taken advantage of it. The scheme is voluntary, and includes an option to cover family members.

 

The inclusive employment market. Johnsen Graphic Solutions undertakes social responsibility when employing new staff who may otherwise have problems finding a permanent job. As such, we include staff members with physical disabilities and from ethnic minorities. We regularly employ youngsters in the office, packaging and shipping, who benefit from working with role models in various functions. We hope - and are often told - that they move on with invaluable experience for their future careers.
